How long does to it take to complete order? The average order takes 3-5 business days depending on quantity and design. Large orders (50 items or more) should be ordered atleast 10 business days in advance otherwise there will be an additional charge for express.

Do I have to pay a deposit? Yes, 50% deposit is required to start order and the remaining 50% is required before pick up or delivery

Is there a delivery fee? Yes, there is a delivery fee however the price varies base on your location

How do I pay? Via Bank Transfer, banking credentials will be provided upon confirmation of your order

how do I get my order? Your order can be delivered to you at a charge once you fall within our delivery range. Pick up is also available at Shop 6, 10 Hope Road, Half Way Tree, Jamaica

Can I order large quantities online? Yes however the topping and filling rates online are for base sets ( e.g. set of 2 or set of 3) therefore when the rep calls to confirm your order there might be a slight change in price to account for toppings and fillings for your larger order.

Can I add names and personal touches? Yes cupcakes are completely customizable and you have the option to add special touches even if they are not an option online, simply let your requests known to the rep when you are called to confirm your order.
